Remove all the content from following folders to avoid issue
- %APPDATA%\Roaming\Microsoft\Web Server Extensions\Cache
- %APPDATA%\Microsoft\Web Server Extensions\Cache
- %APPDATA%\Microsoft\SharePoint Designer\ProxyAssemblyCache
- %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\WebsiteCache
- %APPDATA%\Microsoft\SharePoint Designer
